- Light rum: 30ml
- Rye whiskey: 15ml
- Brandy (or congac): 15ml
- Fresh lemon juice: 15ml
- Grenadine: 15ml
- Lemon twist
Add light rum, rye whiskey, brandy (or congac), fresh lemon juice, grenadine to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

- Maraschino liquor: 15ml
- Creme de violette: 7.5ml
Add gin, fresh lemon juice, Maraschino liquor and creme de violette to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake for 15 seconds and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry if desired.

Espresso Vodka Martini

- Fresh coffee: 30ml
- Coffee beans: 3
Brew a pot of fresh coffee or espresso and let it cool. Add coffee liqueur and vodka in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a martini glass and top with fresh coffee. Garnish with coffee beans.

- Lime wedge
Place crushed ice into copper mug and pour in vodka. Squeeze in lime juice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with lime wedge and enjoy. Cheers.
Negroni
- Gin: 30ml
- Campari: 30ml
- Sweet vermouth: 30ml
- Large ice cube
- Large orange peel
Stir gin, campari, sweet vermouth in a mixing glass. Strain over a large ice cube into a double old fashioned glass Garnish a large orange peel.
Paper Plane
- Bourbon Whiskey: 22.5ml
- Aperol: 22.5ml
- Amaro Nonino: 22.5ml
- Fresh lemon juice: 22.5ml
Add Bourbon Whiskey, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, and fresh lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a paper plane.
