Steps

  1. Add absinthe to chilled coupe glass, swirl it around the glass and discard remaining absinthe.

  2. Build gin, cointreau, Lillet Blanc, fresh lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.

  3. Shake for 15 seconds.

  4. Strain into chilled coupe glass.

  5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
