Corpse Reviver No.2

ingredients

  • absinthe: 1 barspoon
  • gin: 30 ml
  • cointreau: 30 ml
  • Lillet Blanc: 30 ml
  • fresh lemon juice: 30 ml
  • ice
  • maraschino cherry: 1

cookware

  • coupe glass
  • cocktail shaker
  • coupe glass

  1. Add absinthe to chilled coupe glass, swirl it around the glass
  2. and discard remaining absinthe.
  3. Build gin, cointreau, Lillet Blanc,
  4. fresh lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice .
  5. Shake for 15 seconds.
  6. Strain into chilled coupe glass.
  7. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
