Gimlet

Ingredients

• 60 ml London dry gin
• 30 ml fresh lime juice
• 15 ml simple syrup
• ice

Cookware

• cocktail shaker
• Nick & Nora glass

Steps

1. Add London dry gin, fresh lime juice, simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice

2. Shake for 15 seconds.

3. Double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
