  • dry gin: 60 ml
  • fresh lemon juice: 30 ml
  • simple syrup: 22.5 ml
  • Angostura bitters: 2 dash
  • ice
  • lemon wedge: 1

  1. Add dry gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup,
  2. Angostura bitters to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Shake for 15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve.
