Ingredients
- 60 ml dry gin
- 30 ml fresh lemon juice
- 22.5 ml simple syrup
- 2 dash Angostura bitters
- ice
- 1 lemon wedge
Cookware
- cocktail shaker
- cocktail glass
Steps
Add dry gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, Angostura bitters to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake for 15 seconds.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve.
