Bijou Cocktail

Ingredients

• 30 ml gin
• 30 ml Green Chartreuse
• 30 ml Sweet Vermouth
• ice
• 1 maraschino cherry

Cookware

• mixing glass
• cocktail glass

Steps

1. Add gin, Green Chartreuse and Sweet Vermouth to a cooled mixing glass with ice.

2. Stir for around 1 minute.

3. Strain cocktail into cocktail glass.

4. Garnish with an olive or real maraschino cherry and serve.
