The Ideal Cocktail

Ingredients

• 60 ml London dry gin
• 30 ml sweet vermouth
• 7.5 ml grapefruit juice
• ice
• 1 twist of grapefruit

Cookware

• mixing glass
• cocktail glass

Steps

1. Add London dry gin, sweet vermouth and grapefruit juice to a cooled mixing glass with ice.

2. Stir for 30 seconds.

3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

4. Garnish with a twist of grapefruit.
