Negroni

ingredients:

• gin: 30 ml
• campari: 30 ml
• sweet vermouth: 30 ml
• ice
• large ice cube
• large orange peel: 1

cookware:

• mixing glass
• double old fashioned glass

1. Stir gin(30 ml), campari(30 ml), sweet vermouth(30 ml) in a cooled mixing glass filled with ice.

2. Strain over a large ice cube into a double old fashioned glass

3. Garnish a large orange peel(1).
